On August 10, Eccox brought its employees together for an afternoon dedicated to what lies at the heart of its journey: the people, culture and relationships that help build the company every day.
Held at Grupo Acelerador – Sala São Paulo, in Alphaville, Cultura Eccoxer was created to bring employees together, strengthen connections and celebrate the history built over the years.
More than simply bringing the team together in one place, the event was an opportunity to step away from the daily routine, exchange experiences, get to know people from different areas of the organization and create new connections.
A History Built by People
The program began with a special opening led by Eccox founders Mauricio da Costa e Silva and José Ronaldo Martins.
The moment brought the company’s history to the center of the conversation, revisiting the journey that helped shape Eccox and the values that continue to be part of its culture.
Looking back on this history was also a way to reinforce that a company is built not only through its products, solutions and results, but above all through the people who are part of its journey.
A Space for Exchange, Inspiration and Recognition
Throughout the afternoon, employees attended a talk by Mayara Strazza, who, through inspiring words and carefully designed activities, brought important reflections to the event and created space for new perspectives and learning.
Another highlight was the Eccoxer de Valor, a special recognition initiative dedicated to celebrating those who put Eccox’s values into practice every day. Through an internal survey and vote, the employees who received the most nominations in each category were selected and received trophies as a symbol of recognition for their dedication, commitment and contribution to our history.
More than an award, the moment reinforced the importance of recognizing the people who put our culture into practice and help strengthen it every day.
In addition to the program, Cultura Eccoxer also featured moments of socializing and connection, such as the Coffee Break and Happy Hour, creating a more relaxed environment for conversations, experience sharing and closer connections among participants.
These moments were part of a broader purpose: creating opportunities for Eccoxers to connect beyond their everyday activities and teams, strengthening relationships and building new memories together.
